Starting 01 September 2020, all passengers with Philippine domestic flights may now access the PAL Passenger Profile and Health Declaration (PPHD) online form via https://bit.ly/PALDomPPHD
Pre-register as early as 3 days before your departure and save the confirmation e-mail with QR code. Don’t forget your travel & health documents!
